George McLay
Main partner & founder
George is a fully trained mechanic who decided to set up GEMM in 1998, after working in the oil industry for 20 years.
A past Scottish and Norwegian off-road champion and a winner of one of the disciplines at the Land Rover Nationals, George enjoys competing in a variety of off-road events. As Chairman of the Scottish Land Rover Owners Club (SLROC), through his work on the committee and his extensive driving record, he is recognised for his off-road driving experience and his deep knowledge of the Land Rover vehicles he uses.
George combines his passion for Land Rovers with extensive skills and knowledge, which makes him well qualified to advise on your vehicle’s requirements.

GEMM 4 X 4 Limited is incorporated in Scotland.
